We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance and Administrator volunteer to join our Team.
Job Title: Finance And Administrator Volunteer
Location: Kisubi, Entebbe-Uganda with occasional travel to project sites.
Duration: 6-12 months
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ACUS’ financial transactions, including income, expenses, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the ACUS Board and donors.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the ACUS’s team, including communications, logistics, and event planning.
- Assist in managing ACUS’ office operations, including supplies, equipments, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6-12 months of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, Accounting principles, and budgeting.
- Excellent Organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software.
