Avian Conservation Uganda (ACUG) welcomes passionate individuals who want to contribute their time, skills, and energy toward protecting Uganda’s birds and their habitats.
Volunteers may contribute in different ways depending on their interests and expertise. Some support bird monitoring and conservation activities, while others assist with communication, research, education, fundraising, or organizational development.
We welcome people with diverse skills and backgrounds who are motivated to support conservation and environmental awareness.
Volunteer roles may be remote or in person, depending on the nature of the work and the volunteer’s location. Our volunteers may be local or international, experienced professionals, retirees, or individuals just beginning their conservation journey.
