Avian Conservation Uganda (ACUS) on 18th December 2025 shared a special appreciation dinner at Sheraton Hotel Kampala together with the Sheraton Sustainability team and the winners of the Run for Birds 2025.
The evening provided a meaningful opportunity to come together, reflect on the success of the run, and appreciate the dedication, commitment, and shared passion for bird conservation that brought everyone together. It was a moment of gratitude and connection, reinforcing the strong partnership between ACUS and Sheraton Hotel Kampala in advancing environmental sustainability and conservation efforts.
ACUS extends sincere appreciation to the Sheraton team for the warm hospitality and continued support throughout the Run for Birds journey. Their partnership played an important role in creating a memorable and impactful experience.
As preparations begin for the Run for Birds 2026, ACUS invites the entire Avian family to move forward with renewed unity, commitment, and shared purpose mobilizing more runners, expanding awareness within our networks, and actively participating in every way possible.
With unity, collective action, and a shared passion for conservation, we believe we can achieve even greater impact and double our results in the next edition of the Run for Birds.
