We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance and Administrator volunteer to join our Team.

Job Title: Finance And Administrator Volunteer

Location: Kisubi, Entebbe-Uganda with occasional travel to project sites.

Duration: 6-12 months

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage ACUS’ financial transactions, including income, expenses, and budgets.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  3. Prepare and submit financial reports to the ACUS Board and donors.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  5. Provide administrative support to the ACUS’s team, including communications, logistics, and event planning.
  6. Assist in managing ACUS’ office operations, including supplies, equipments, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 6-12 months of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial management, Accounting principles, and budgeting.
  4. Excellent Organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software.
